When did you start running?
I started back in 1986.
Why did you start running?
Well, I used to cycle 🚲 race but found it very dangerous. Running 🏃 is a lot safer but just as competitive!
What is a typical training week for you?
3 training days. 5 – 7 miles plus some hill work and speed work. Then a distance run 🏃 on Thursday.
What is your favourite Dub training session?
Gotta be hill work.
What has been your favourite race(s) to take part in?
I love the Killyleigh 5 Mile race.
What are you running goals?
To break 40 min’s for 10km.
