When did you start running?
Oh goodness, I started running all the way back in 2002 I think it was!
Why did you start running?

What is a typical training week for you?
I like to keep it simple – so a typical training week follows club nights whether I am there or not with a parkrun.
What is your favourite Dub training session?
My favourite Dub session is definitely the Sunday run – and not just before Christmas!
What has been your favourite race(s) to take part in?
I’d say my favourite race is probably Dundrum for the scenery, the sea and mountains and the craic of a Dub day out.
What are you running goals?
My running goals are to just enjoy it, spending time with running buddies (oh, and keep under 2 hour halfs!)

I am the worst singer you will hear! I never sing – even I can’t bear to hear the noise!! It’s family thing – my siblings are awful too!
