Weekly Roundup: 2015-12-15
It is all about the parkrun this week, more over the jump!
Warmup

Quick as a flash she replied “Oh, about six years ago, we met on holiday”! And the result…

Fntastic running folks – especially with the rotten weather over the weekend. Special mention this week goes to Nessa who was third across the line at the Victoria event – really well done. Also, two newbie PBs this week from Trevor (at Durham) and Ronan (at Queen’s).
Warmdown
A timely reminder: as we approach Christmas and New Year you can check out if your local parkrun event is hosting a Christmas Day or New Year’s Day event by checking out the Compendium online. Do you know what is 12 inches long, made of leather and sounds like a sneeze? It’s a-shoe!
Keep on running!
Live long and prosper.
