Meadow

Description

This is a tempo session and is run on an 800m loop on mixed terrain with downhill and uphill sections. Groups usually complete between six and eight loops, depending on speed, including a 60 second rest break at the top of the meadow. The aim of this session is to run each loop in roughly the same pace and time, keeping to a slightly faster 10k pace.
