Queen’s parkrun

Description

A route that should be familiar to most, two loops around the Dub grounds – the same route as the weekly parkrun. With a quick warmup, the session should be run at your steady 5k pace – remembering that you don’t get an official parkrun time for doing it on a Tuesday!
