We would ask you not to leave any property in the changing rooms during the race, as they will not be locked. Please note that changing or showering facilities will not be available in the QUB Sport Pavilion.

4. Natural Hazards

The race is a trail race, which crosses areas of tarmac, gravel, grass and muddy ground. The club has sought to highlight particular natural hazards to runners, such as rabbit holes and tree roots. However, we would ask runners to exercise care when out on the course.

5. Marshals

The club will have over 50 marshals out on the course during the race to help you safely navigate the course. Please follow their instructions at all times during the race.

6. Pedestrians and Cyclists

The race incorporates a number of public paths which will be open to pedestrians and cyclists. We would ask runners not to impede any other path users they may encounter during their race.

7. Injury or Illness

Should you feel unwell or pick up an injury during your run please alert a race marshal or ask a fellow runner to do so on your behalf. The club has first aiders both at the start/finish line and out on the course. We will get help to you as soon as we can.

8. Photography

The club has engaged My Sports Photo to photograph runners participating in the race. These photographs will subsequently be available for purchase through the website http://www.mysportsphoto.co.uk

The club also wishes to place some race photographs onto our own club web and Facebook sites. Should you not wish your image to be used in this way, we would ask you to email the club at dubrunnersbelfast@gmail.com to let the club know.
