Hi and welcome to results roundup for the past week with some races to report on and the Parkruns

Wednesday saw a Crawfordsburn host a midweek 5k trail race. Stevie McCamley was the lone Dub and finished the course in 22.18 mins in 55th place. Well done Stevie

Friday then saw the Connswater 5 miler from CS Lewis Square to Victoria Park and back. Alastair Rodger lead home the Dub runners in 29.30 mins in 25th place closely followed by Peter Morrison in 29.33 mins in 26th place. Stevie McCamley finished the course in 34.26 mins in 54th place. Well done lads on some great runs.

Well done all runners and volunteers at the weekend

Saturday afternoon then saw the dambusters runs at Silent Valley. In the 5k Peter Mallon finished in 10th place in 24.56 mins. The 10k saw Katherine Harkness finish 23rd in 45.54 mins. Well done on 2 great runs folks.

Finally a reminder of the club volunteer takeover at Knockbracken Parkrun on August 21st. At time of writing we have 12 kind souls and ideally need another 6/7 to cover the roles so if you have never volunteered or would like to give your bit back to Parkrun click on the link below.
